My name is Tricia Bent. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and am board certified to provide online counseling services. I provide individual, couples, and family counseling. I work with adolescents (ages 13-17) and adults (18+). My office is located on Port St Lucie Blvd with a private entrance. Upon initial visits, clients can expect to begin identifying areas they would like to address throughout their counseling journey. I strongly believe each client is unique and that everyone deserves a personalized approach to their therapy process. I specialize in guiding and empowering my clients to rise to the challenge of making beneficial changes in their lives. I encourage my clients to set and accomplish healthy goals while addressing negative thought processes that may cause limitations to their growth. My approach is solution-focused and client-centered. I believe everyone can achieve total balance in their lives if they are ready and willing to commit to themselves. I look forward to helping individuals decrease, and ultimately eliminate, barriers that are holding them back from reaching their maximum potential.
